DESCRIPTION of Auction Item:

You are bidding on a

PRIMUS 3273 TITANIUM STOVE w/BUILT-IN WINDSCREEN - As-New

As New in box - New Condition - (see note below).

Question (paraphrased):  I noticed that your stove has discoloration. Does that mean that it is used and not new as your description states?

Answer:  Based upon my definition of "used" no, the stove is not used - has not been used to heat anything, has not been used in the field nor in the backyard. Has not had a pot sitting on top of it. Again, it was started up to test the piezo and the stove to ensure that they operate - and they do. No that does not mean that the stove is used. It means that the stove tested to be fully operational...

Remember these little guys. Awesome stove with an awesome price. See the photo below that still has its $250 REI price tag attached. I've had this one stashed away in my gear closet ever since I bought a couple of them. It weighs a meager 3.5 ounces (4oz with Piezo attached); has auto ignition (built-in yet removable Piezo ignition); and an effective built-in windscreen - a unique feature for any stove, let alone such a tiny one.

Weight: 3 1/2 oz / 4 oz with included Piezo ignition
Price: Original cost was $250.00 (and I bought two at that price)
Fuel Type: 70% Butane / 30% Propane Canisters

A built-in Wind Screen comes with, as standard. A 7.8 oz fuel canister lasts about 1.4 hours.

This is part of a review on this stove:

This stove is unbelievably compact and lightweight, yet is high quality and very effective. Last summer, I took it on a 7 day trip where we set up base camp at 7500 feet. The stove performed well.

Even though we experienced high winds for about five of the days, and I had no wind protection for the stove other than its integral wind screen, it only used one 3.5 oz fuel canister and part of a 7.8 oz canister.

For ultralight travel, I strongly recommend getting one of these.

Again, if you have questions, please let me know. Thanks.

Thank You !
