Saddle Mountain
Bald -topped Saddle Mountain (elevation 3283 feet) affords one of the best vistas in Oregon's North Coast Range, spanning two states - Oregon and Washington. Views from the summit include Mount Rainier, Saint Helens, Adams, Hood and Jefferson. The Pacific Ocean, Columbia River and Astoria may be seen to the West. The hike is six miles (round trip) and gains over 1600 vertical feet.
